Watermelon clears heat and is cold in nature which is perfect for a hot summer day. As we all know, it is full of delicious juice, which nourishes the fluids of the body while helping to promote urination. Very good to prevent heat stroke and staying hydrated!
Frozen Watermelon Margarita Mocktail with Electrolytes
Blend 1 cup frozen watermelon
1 oz Lime Juice
Dash of maple syrup
(Salt is a natural electrolyte, use a high quality sea salt and maple syrup contains calcium, riboflavin, manganese, zinc, potassium which are all electrolytes and necessary for hydration)
