Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture + craniosacral has been so effective on my mental health and central nervous system that it has to be shared.  Stress and other mental health issues impact our day to day lives.  We live in a go-go-go society and this is a result of burn out.  My offerings help soothe the central nervous system in a gentle natural way.

How many treatments will I need?

I like to start with a minimum of 4 treatments 1 x per week for 1 month and then reassess.  Dependant on each person but I anticipate approximately 10 treatments.  Everyone's body is different and some may need more and some may need less.
